I just wanted to connect with HR colleagues who have been supporting this change of legislation and check in. It has been a significant project over the last couple of months or so and the changes from yesterday are working through in terms of impact. So just wanted to say what an impressive response from the NHS HR network to do the right thing, and no doubt lots of emotions around the next steps and what the consequences will be. What a great community to share and support one another.
